035480 Replacement Scraper Blade – Compatible with Taylor® Machines
If your product isn’t coming out smooth, creamy, and consistent, it’s almost always your scraper blades.
The 035480 scraper blade is the single most important wear part inside a soft-serve or frozen yogurt machine. It’s the only part that touches your product every second the machine runs — scraping the freezing cylinder wall, controlling overrun, and determining texture.
Fresh blades = better product.
Worn blades = icy, soft, or inconsistent product.
Worn blades = icy, soft, or inconsistent product.
Most operators focus on mix, hoppers, or settings. Professionals know the truth:
Product quality starts at the barrel wall.
Engineered for Operators Who Refuse to Compromise on Product Quality
- Faster freeze-down (better barrel contact = quicker pull-ready readiness)
- Smoother texture (prevents streaking and ice crystal formation)
- Consistent overrun (controls air incorporation while mixing)
- Less wear on your freezing cylinder (no gouging or chatter)
- Precision-formed edges maintain scraping performance longer
We don’t guess. We run and rebuild Taylor® equipment every day, and we ship only blades that meet the same standards our own technicians use.

Quick Inspection Checklist
- ✓ Beater resistance test: When sliding the beater assembly into the freezing cylinder, it should feel snug. If it slides in with little resistance, your scraper blades are worn.
- ✓ Texture inconsistency or streaking on freezing barrel
- ✓ Blade edge looks rounded or uneven
- ✓ Soft serve becomes thin, icy, or won’t hold shape
- ✓ Plastic shavings or scraping noise (replace immediately)
Pro tip: Always keep a spare set — switching blades takes less than a minute and prevents downtime.
