At Soft Serve Parts, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Soft serve machines are final sale and not eligible for return.
All machines are tested, inspected, and fully prepared before shipping. We’re happy to help with install or startup questions — just give us a call. - Custom or special-order parts

💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days after return delivery for refund processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong part or need a different item, let us know — we’ll help you arrange a fast exchange.
🔄 Core Returns (Refundable Core Charges)
Some parts include a refundable core charge — typically for reconditioned components like circuit boards or motors.
How it works:
- You’ll pay the core fee at checkout (clearly noted on applicable items).
- Once you’ve installed your new part, contact us to request a prepaid return label.
- Send us your old core within 30 days.
- After we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the full core charge to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number.
