When to Replace the Freezer Door

- Warped or deformed door — will not seat flush against the cylinder, causing leaks
- Worn or damaged door bearings — allows beater shaft to run off-center, causing uneven product texture and accelerated wear
- Bent or damaged baffle rods — baffle rods direct product flow inside the cylinder; damaged rods cause inconsistent product draw
