Standard Use
Normal soft-serve or frozen yogurt operation
Replace:
At least every 90 days
Heavy Use / Specialty Mixes
High butterfat mix, acid-based fruit flavors, or high-volume shops

Every 2–4 weeks
Quick Inspection Checklist
- ✓ Beater resistance test: When sliding the beater assembly into the freezing cylinder, it should feel snug. If it slides in with little resistance, your scraper blades are worn.
- ✓ Texture inconsistency or streaking on freezing barrel
- ✓ Blade edge looks rounded or uneven
- ✓ Soft serve becomes thin, icy, or won’t hold shape
- ✓ Plastic shavings or scraping noise (replace immediately)
