When to Replace
Taylor recommends replacing tune-up kit components every 3 months (quarterly). Replace sooner if you see any of these signs:
- Product or mix leaking from door seals or around the beater assembly
- Inconsistent product texture — icy, too soft, or separated
- O-rings showing cracks, hardening, or visible wear
- Erratic pressure behavior or pressure faults — may indicate worn pressure switch diaphragm
- 3+ months since your last tune-up
