Taylor 084350 Scraper Blade — Exact Fit Replacement
Exact fit replacement scraper blade for Taylor soft serve and frozen yogurt machines. Part 084350 — 8-1/8" single-hole flat blade, no metal clip required. Also replaces legacy part 046235. NSF approved. Made in the USA.
When to Replace
Replace every 3–4 months or with your quarterly tune-up kit. Replace immediately if you notice:
- Product freezing to cylinder walls or freeze-ups
- Inconsistent texture or icy product
- Visible cracks, chips, or worn edges on the blade
- Machine running longer freeze cycles or increased compressor run time
Installation
- Power off machine and remove product
- Remove freezer door and beater assembly
- Slide old blade off beater shaft
- Clean beater shaft thoroughly
- Slide new 084350 blade onto shaft until fully seated
- Reassemble beater and door, then test operation

Quick Inspection Checklist
- ✓ Beater resistance test: When sliding the beater assembly into the freezing cylinder, it should feel snug. If it slides in with little resistance, your scraper blades are worn.
- ✓ Texture inconsistency or streaking on freezing barrel
- ✓ Blade edge looks rounded or uneven
- ✓ Soft serve becomes thin, icy, or won’t hold shape
- ✓ Plastic shavings or scraping noise (replace immediately)
